I'm Rielly Keeler. I build what I recommend.
Most consultants hand off. A strategist briefs a designer who briefs a developer who briefs a copywriter, and every handoff loses information and adds latency. I got tired of watching good strategy die somewhere in that chain, so I stopped handing off. Strategy, design, code, and deployment come from the same person who diagnosed the problem: me.
I rebuilt ECM Heating & Cooling's ad account and turned one lead a week into a peak of twelve. I built Get on the Bus's advocacy tooling from scratch, including the funnel that's sent 200+ emails to elected officials. I led HEET's brand identity across 16 Indigenous communities and built the site myself, meeting AODA standards along the way.
I diagnose before I build. I believe AI is a 20-80 tool: it moves work from 20% to 80%, but it can't start and it can't finish, so I do both ends myself. That approach is backed by a Project Management Graduate Certificate and a Digital Marketing Communications Graduate Certificate, both from St. Lawrence College with Distinction, and a Business Marketing Diploma from Algonquin.
Right now I'm building Nearfolk, a civic platform running on local AI inference so community data never leaves Canadian hardware, and co-founding VirtuEd. RK Growth is where the rest of it happens, for businesses that need a clearer return on their marketing and organizations that need real infrastructure they can't get from an agency.
