AI Readiness & Implementation

You've been told you need AI, but nobody's explained what it's actually for in your operation.

AI is a 20-80 tool. It moves work from 20% to 80%, but it can’t start and it can’t finish, so I do both ends myself: find where automation actually saves time or money, then build only the pieces worth building.

That starts with an AI Readiness & Opportunity Audit, then moves into the automations that clear a real bottleneck, sometimes running on local inference so client data never leaves Canadian hardware. I’ve built systems like this before: a white-labelled RFP and tender monitoring tool that pulls from 11 government procurement sources, geofences by region, and translates French listings automatically, running twice a day without me touching it.

It’s a good fit if you have a real operational bottleneck and want a straight answer about what AI can and can’t do. It’s not the right fit if you want a chatbot for the sake of having one, or a strategy deck with nothing built at the end of it.
